In a show of solidarity with the MUA, a significant number of cyclists decided to ride to Webb Dock after Critical Mass last night.
Although Critical Mass does not officially support anything really, many participants choose to enhance this monthly bike ride by establishing links with the broader community through visits to pickets such as that at Webb Dock, protesting against the Casino, City Link and the Grand Prix, etc.
Anyone is welcome to participate in Critical Mass - all you need is a bike (does not need to be 100% working either, the pace is fairly leisurely).
Critical Mass is on the last Friday of every month, meeting outside the State Library at 5.30pm.
