ARNOLD RINGEWALD wrote to the Union, and his letter was dealt with at the meeting on 19th February, 1906, stating
that he was leaving the country for Germany and he wished to resign from the Union and desired credentials for the purpose of introducing himself to the unionists of Germany & find out the working conditions there. it was his intention to keep our union posted in reference to Labor matters in general,
and it was decided to place his name on the lost members list and issue the credentials requested.
